[Buildroot] open GL

I see that SDL is included in the packages for buildroot. I have some  
proof of concept code that uses OpenGL via SDL in an existing host OS  
(MacOSX and win32).

I'm interested in using openGL in a simplified uClinux environment to  
have hardware acceleration. Can anyone provide some guidance about  
the requirements to achieve this?
