[Buildroot] [PATCH] Add help target to target/linux/Makefile.in

This patch adds the target "linux26-help" to target/linux/Makefile.in
which lists the targets avail for the kernel, be cause I can never
remember them.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
