[Buildroot] [PATCH] John Voltz changes part 1 (atk)

Hi,

    I hate to see this proliferation of forks... now I want this
feature from this fork, that other feature from that other fork...
really frustrating :(

    I have checked out John's tree from his svn at google and I'm
starting to split it up into manageable change patches. Will send them
as I get them split up.
    First one: atk changes. I have ace of penguins ready, but it's
340Kb, so I will keep it last :)

    For this one, don't forget to do svn add
package/atk/atk-1.9.1-libdir-la.patch package/atk/libdir-la.patch

    Please review and apply.
