[Buildroot] How to setup buildroot to use deprecated uclibc(0.9.27)?

I've rebuild with 0.9.28.3 and it worked! So I guess 0.9.27 is to some
extend compatible with 0.9.28.3.

Anyway I have few workable alternatives.
