[Buildroot] Tiny Alternative to NetworkManager

I'm using Connman with uclibc, it works great ...
Actually, I could say Connman is not 100% stable yet, it was a bet to base a
commercial project on it.
But it sounds promissing and at the end Connman is really useful !

And Thomas you're right, it would be nice to get Connman on Buildroot !
It would make my work easier ;)
