[Buildroot] building software with scons

Please help me with some hints,
how should I cross compile package that uses scons as the build
infrastructure? when i use scons outside the buildroot and use buildroot
toolchain (or external toolchain using crosstool-ng), the scons always use
the headers and libs of the host, and not in the buildroot's staging.
anybody please, i want to use disko framework with buildroot.
