Something like:
CMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=$(HOST_DIR)/usr/share/buildroot/toolchainfile.cmake
in pkg-cmaketargets.mk
and then in the main Makefile:
$(BASE_TARGETS): dirs $(CMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE)
