[Buildroot] buildroot internal arm toolchain: gcc-final fails with supposedly large-file support

Meanwhile, Francois Perrad also noticed this issue and submitted a patch
for it, which has been applied. Problem fixed...
(Don't have the commit id at hand, sorry)
