This RFC is a continuation of the previous RFCs a work in progress which shows
the current development of this patch.

TODO:
  - create .pc files
  - testing, lots of testing.

v3:
  - all reviews addressed
  - added demos
  - added hard float (not runtime tested)
  - added init script
  - added SGX detection script (untested)
  - tested on beaglexm using demos
