Apply a patch provided by OpemEmbedded:
http://cgit.openembedded.org/openembedded-core/tree/meta/recipes-connectivity/ppp/ppp/0001-Fix-build-with-musl.patch
This patch separates glibc related includes/defines from non-glibc, like
including sys/cdefs.h etc.
