Thanks for the notification, I've rebuilt the toolchain and deployed
the new version, see:

Following the pthread.h fix, I rebuilt the Blackfin, Microblaze and
m68k, but I forgot that ARM Cortex-M was also using the linuxthreads
thread implementation.
