[Buildroot] Installing package libclthreads

 It looks like this package ignores both the configure --prefix option and
the DESTDIR argument to 'make install'. This basically makes the install
commands unusable. Either patch the Makefile.in to correct this, or define
LIBCLTHREADS_INSTALL_STAGING_CMDS and LIBCLTHREADS_INSTALL_TARGET_CMDS.
