[Buildroot] [PATCH v4 10/11] support/scripts: check-host-rpath now handles $ORIGIN as well

"$ORIGIN/../../usr/lib" is also a valid RPATH for binaries in
"$hostdir/usr/bin". After RPATH sanitation, all RPATH
directories start with "$ORIGIN".
