[Buildroot] [PATCH v3] mpv: add support for Raspberry Pi "rpi" output

mpv now compiles with the "rpi" video driver that provides hardware
acceleration on the Raspberry Pi.
Tested working on a Raspberry Pi 1 Model B+ and Zero.
