[Buildroot] submitting merge requests via github

The policy is to not do it, just like the github page says:

Note that this is not the official repository, but only a mirror. The
official Git repository is at http://git.buildroot.net/buildroot/. Do
not open issues or file pull requests her

Patches should be sent to the mailing list instead so they get picked up
by patchwork.
