I did not get the warning/error but I found the following files in my build directory:
$ find targetNO
targetNO/
targetNO/lib-dynload
targetNO/lib-dynload/eci.py
targetNO/lib-dynload/pyeca.py
targetNO/lib-dynload/ecacontrol.py
This could be fixed by the following patch:
