Buildroot 2019.05.1 is a bugfix release, fixing a number of important /
security related issues discovered since the 2019.05 release.

- Security fixes for bzip2, dbus, docker-cli, docker-engine, exim,
  expat, faad2, irssi, libgit2, libglib2, mariadb, postgresql, python,
  python3, python-django, samba4, vlc, znc

- Fixes for download/compilation/runtime issues in barebox, busybox,
  davfs2, dialog, freeswitch, gerbera, grpc, libcamera, libcdaudio,
  libcurl, libressl, libsecret, lmbench, localedef, meson, mongoose,
  monit, mpd, ncmpc, openjdk, php, qt5base, taglib, tvheadend, weston,
  webkitgtk, xserver-xorg_server
