[Buildroot] [RESEND PATCH v2 0/3] configs, board: add OLPC XO laptops

Hi,

This is a resend of a set that adds configurations for a pair of OLPC XO
laptops. Compared to the previous iteration it bumps the kernel version to
a later stable release.
