I've got this working fine, I had to add
BR2_PACKAGE_MURATA_CYW_FW_CYW43430 instead of
BR2_PACKAGE_LINUX_FIRMWARE_BRCM_BCM43XXX as I mentioned before, I also
added BR2_PACKAGE_WPA_SUPPLICANT_PASSPHRASE
and I've successfully connected with my wifi network.
