[Buildroot] [PATCH 1/2] support/testing: remove TestZfsUclibc

Hello all,

I would rather remove the Python command that checks the ARC stats than
remove the uClibc test entirely, as I have used it numerous times to check
future ZFS versions and to ensure that OpenZFS compiles correctly with
uClibc.
