I think the best course of action for me is to jump to bleeding edge
from Bootlin. It makes sense that updating the "stable" toolchain isn't
a desired thing to backport to 2025.02.x, and the stable toolchain
2025.08-1 is where the headers are bumped.

Otherwise, I wouldn't mind staying on the stable if the 2025.08-1
would be in the Buildroot 2025.02.7...
