[Buildroot] How to Build python-jinja2 Package as a Host Package

Hello,

I am trying to build the Python package, Jinja2, as a host package. I 
see calls in the python-jinja2.mk file to the host-python-package 
function, but I do not see python-jinja2 as an option in the menuconfig 
host package list. I do have python3 enabled in the host packages.

Am I missing something obvious here?
