With LLVM 23, bcc is failing to build when I tested with bpftrace.
I tested with command:

utils/docker-run support/testing/run-tests \
     -d dl -o output_folder \
     tests.package.test_bpftrace

It fails with error:

So could you send a v2 of the series, adding before
the llvm bump, a bcc bump to 0.37:

which also includes a backport of:

Could you make sure the bcc or bpftrace runtime test works with that, 
please?
